By creating an account or using My Cannagraphy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Clarity Companion LLC, the operator of mycannagraphy.site.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use My Cannagraphy. By using this service, you represent that you are 21 or older and that your use of cannabis is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly provide service to persons under 21.

My Cannagraphy is a personal record-keeping and wellness reflection tool. It allows you to log cannabis experiences, track self-reported effects and ECS tone scores, upload Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and receive AI-generated narrative recalibrations based on your entries.

My Cannagraphy is not a medical service, medical device, or therapeutic tool. Nothing in this service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated narratives are personal reflections — not clinical assessments. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at bryon@claritycompanionllc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service.

The experience records, COA documents, and other content you enter into My Cannagraphy belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store, use, and protect your data.

You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at bryon@claritycompanionllc.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Narrative recalibrations and insights generated by the AI are based on the information you provide. They are intended as personal reflections to help you understand patterns in your own experiences — not as authoritative assessments of health, wellness, or cannabis effects.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your situation. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on AI outputs.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable cannabis laws.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.
• Misrepresent your age or eligibility to use the service.

We provide this service on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export your data before shutdown.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarity Companion LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of My Cannagraphy — including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

My Cannagraphy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that the service will meet your specific needs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
